Scientists discovered chimpanzees in the west African nation of Gabon catch flying insect, squeezed it and apply it on other’s wounds. The injured chimpanzee appeared to be happy to be tended to with this treatment. This observation could be important to show chimpanzees are able to selflessly help each other.
