An investigation showed fur farms in China are at high risk of diseases transmission from animals to humans. a usual fur farm kept around 2000 – 4000 animals including raccoon dogs, foxes, and minks. These animals are kept in harsh conditions and tiny cages. Investigators also observed issues like extensive antibiotic use, feeding raw chicken to these animals and animals carcasses being sold for human consumption.
