It’s already June but a Christmas tree is still up in a town centre of Yorkshire, UK, because a wood pigeon is nesting there. Wood pigeon usually migrate to France or Span during winter, but some decide to stay in the UK because the weather is becoming warmer. It’s illegal to damage a wild bird’s nests, so the tree has to wait until the eggs are hatched and the chicks grow old enough to leave.
